After browsing the work of the talented Photographer Pen Carlson, I had to showcase this wedding because of the vibrant feel to it. I loved the the colors used and you can really see all the detail that went organizing this wedding. It's got like a vintage, retro, classy look. This loveliness took place at the Architectural Artifacts in Chicago, Illinois.
Here we go again!!
Here we go again!!! I'm back from a very needed vacation with my family. Just got in yesterday to the horrible news about Haiti and I'm already trying to help, I'm helping my cousin with a center in NY and currently helping my local one here in San Juan. So the obvious word out there is please help in anyway possible.
I will be posting new weddings and in the meantime I will give out information on how YOU can help.

DIY - Blondies From Brazil
Branquinho de Branquinha (blondies with cachaça) makes 16 pieces.
200g white chocolate, chopped
100g butter
320g sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp cachaça (or vodka, or rum, or whatever booze you like)
140g flour
1/2 peanuts (I used Brazil nuts, chopped)
Preheat oven to 350°F/ 180°C. Butter a 9-inch pan and dust with flour.
Melt the butter and white chocolate together, using a double-boiler or microwave oven. Mix the chocolate mixture with the sugar. Add the eggs and the cachaça and whisk until smooth.
Add flour and fold until incorporated, then the peanuts. Pour the batter into prepared pan, and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbles. Let cool in the pan over a wire rack and cut in squares.
The sweetness was set to me by The Cookie Shop. Enjoy....

RW - Kaitlyn & Jordan San Diego Wedding!
This wedding has been featured in various wedding blogs, but there is something about it that urged me to share it once again. Maybe it is because of all the details you will see and because it is on the beach but the vibe of it is great. Everything was captured by extraordinaire photographer Amelia Lyon.
